HOW DOES VIRTUAL WEDDING PLANNING WORK?

We provide you DIRECTLY with all the tools and guidance you need to plan and execute your wedding, allowing for our services to remain affordable. We empower you to take advantage of our 10+ years of wedding planning experience and use only the advice that resonates best for your unique event. And we are (virtually) by your side throughout the entire process, to help answer all your questions.
 

WHO IS MY PLANNER?

Couples receive one-to-one guidance from Wedding Planner & Coordinator, Brandi Lopes. You'll work with Brandi via phone and email to craft your entire wedding experience. View all services here.
 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our virtual wedding planning packages range from $300-$900 (a fraction of the cost of a traditional planner - YAY!). The is a one-time payment via PayPal.
 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The packages include an initial one-hour phone consultation, a personalized month-to-month planning guide, unlimited phone and email support, access to all of our helpful planning templates, budget tracker set-up, a customized wedding day agenda, and creation of a unique ceremony plan. View our services here.

 

WHEN SHOULD WE BEGIN PLANNING?

Although you can enlist our help at any time, our collaboration works best when you are in the initial wedding planning phases (approximately six-months to one-year or more, before big day!).
 

WHAT IF WE HAVE A VERY SMALL BUDGET?

No worries -- we work with all budgets and styles of weddings and can help you strategize creative ways to incorporate affordable elegance into your wedding day.
